The release is key when recovering from airs both on the wake and in the ocean. I also wanted to make sure the board maintained a minimal profile, allowing it to make tight turns without dragging rail in the water. It was a fine balance of giving the board enough volume to rebound off the water the way I wanted it to, while also being thin enough to give me the most response out of the foil as possible.” – Noah Flegel
