Starboard MF 820 2026 Hydrofoil Review
The Starboard MF 820 arrives with some serious race-winning pedigree. Developed by Martin Fischer and Mathieu Durand, the MF range is all about maximum glide, sustained flight and efficiency, with the 820 sitting in a sweet spot for downwind foiling and riders looking to cover serious distance.
It’s also built around Starboard’s UCS system, creating a modular foil platform with a standardised connection across the current Starboard foil range.
