Celine Guesdon SUP Surf Training

Question… do you train for SUP? probably if you’re a racer. Does anyone train for surf? I don’t mean just going surfing and working on a specific turn or paddle skill, but on land training? Celine does, and she represented France at the ISA last year….must work?
