Welcome to the MANERA family, Michael Monteiro!
Michael was born to be a waterman. At two, his father, Mitu Monteiro, taught him how to kite. At the same time, he also started standing up on a surfboard and catching some waves. His talent in surfing is indisputable, so much so that he was selected to be on the Italian U12 national team at the age of eight.
Michael loves to be on the water with his dad, whether surfing or kiting. He hopes to one day follow in his footsteps, surf all the waves around the world, and become a World Champion himself.
