NSP Team Rider Titouan Puyo shows us how to properly turn on a recessed dugout race board in order to avoid water building up in the deck area and to keep your speed while manoeuvring around a buoy.
Use these three steps:
1. step back to the tail of the board
2. Keep the nose as low to the water as possible
3. as soon as you can return to the centre of the board
If you can conquer these three steps your time around buoys will greatly improve and your chances to get to the podium will too. Good luck!
