Try this at your Local Pool?

Laird… you’re an animal. I tried this at the local municipal pool but the lifeguards kicked me out. Love the idea of this replacing those old ladies in swim caps doing aerobics though. For those of you unfortunately landlocked this might provide some good cross training opportunities.
