Slightly mixed feelings on this one, Raphaël Filippi here in Hossegor taking foil SUP to the masses. All credit to him for obviously getting in super early and making the most of it before the crowds descend, and clearly knows what he’s doing on the foil front. But think this raises some interesting talking points. Are SUP’ers as a group of surf users going to really win any more friends using these things in surf… discuss? Does having a foil in conditions like this bring anything to the party… discuss further?
