Is it possible to downwind on a lake? Gwen Le Tutour led a crew of two downwind stand-up paddleboard (SUP) foilers and one wing foiler to complete a 17.3-mile downwind run on a lake in Idaho.
Some of these locations are remote, with no cell phone service or road access. Do not attempt this without a support boat and reliable communication devices in case of emergency. Plan your own rescue operation.
