The Running Dropstart, is this the most efficient way to pumpfoil start?
Using both the kinetic and gravitational energy to start Pumpfoiling is incredibly efficient.
The easiest way I have so far to launch the smallest frontwings. New start for me, first session, big success.
Much easier than the Beachstart or the static Dropstart for instance.
My technique (for the moment): 3 steps, 1m (3.3 ft) high Dock 👍 for a good control. The faster and the higher you are, the more energy but the more difficult to control 😉
