We put the new Cabrinha Vision 4.0m 2026 through its paces to find out how Pat Goodman’s first wing design for Cabrinha performs on the water.

Tested by Tonic Mag editor Rou Chater over several weeks and in a wide range of conditions, the Vision seriously impressed us. With excellent low-end power, an enormous wind range, an incredibly quiet and stable canopy, superb handling and impressive performance in the waves, this is one of the most refined wings we’ve ridden.

But perhaps its biggest strength is just how little you notice it. The Vision feels so balanced and intuitive that it simply disappears into the background, leaving you to concentrate on your riding.

In this review, Rou looks at the Vision’s construction, handling, wind range, freeride and freestyle performance, wave riding capabilities and the details that make it stand out.
